This is just a journal of my life....the good and the bad. I am a die hard conservative. I believe in volunteer work. I believe that to help our fellow man is the most important thing we can do. I also believe in anything geeky. I hope you enjoy your time here and come back again!

Broken Down
I placed these broken down boxes on the side of the road yesterday. These total around 40 boxes. This is the amount of dialysis supplies Baxter delivers each month for DeWayne to do his peritoneal dialysis each night. Each box holds 12 liters of fluid. Let me just say, those get pretty heavy when I have to transport them to the bedroom from the living room. Thankfully, I have a roll around cart now that helps out tremendously. DeWayne's not able to lift the boxes because he can't lift more than 5-10 pounds....or he's not supposed to. When I tell him something he can't do or something he can't eat (because of the restricted renal diet), he tells me I have to go to work sometime...lol.
